The Process – The Final EIS/EIR must respond to issues raised in the DEIR/DEIS.
We know that the process of these projects can be long, confusing and difficult to follow. Here is a brief outline of where the project is currently and the remaining process for the Homewood Mountain Resort Ski Area Master Plan Development.
Project Process- Where is the project now?
- Final EIR/EIS is prepared (this includes issues raised by the public comments on the DEIR/DEIS). Preparation of this report/statement is expected to take several months. CURRENT STAGE
- Release of Final EIR/EIS with a 30 day final comment period TBA (estimated to be mid to late Fall)
- Decision to certify Final EIR/EIS and project decision TBA
